Inclusion
- Accommodation in Pench: Stay in comfortable individual cottages with a sit-outs. The stay in Pench will be on a triple-sharing basis, along with an extra bed in the room.
- Meals: All meals included (Lunch, Dinner at the Restaurant, Hi tea in the evening and Packed Breakfast for the Morning Jungle safari in Pench Tiger Reserve).
- Jungle Safari: 1 ride of Jungle Safari to experience the flora and fauna of Pench.
- Transfers from Nagpur: Pick-up and drop-off from Nagpur Railway Station/Airport or bus stand.
- Recreational Activities: Access to swimming pool, kids play area, cricket, badminton and other resort activities in the resort premises.
- Other activities: Paragliding and hot air ballooning, pottery workshop is available in Pench to enjoy and experience. These are at an additional cost.
Exclusion
- The camera charges at the forest entry gate are to be paid extra if applicable.
- Any additional sightseeing other than the above-mentioned package.
- Additional food orders are to be paid directly at the resort.
- Charges will be applicable for any services other than the mentioned inclusions.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Jungle Safari
- Pick-up from Nagpur: Guests will be picked you up from Nagpur Railway Station or Airport for a scenic drive of 90 km to Pench.
- Welcome Drink: Upon arrival at the resort, a refreshing welcome drink is served followed by check in process.
- Accommodation: Relax in super deluxe cottages with private sit-outs, accommodating 6 guests on a triple-sharing basis in 2 rooms.
- Lunch: Savor a delightful lunch at the resort’s restaurant, offering a variety of cuisines including the vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal.
- Evening Jungle Safari: Embark on an exciting evening jungle safari in Pench Tiger Reserve, or Recreational activities, swimming pool to keep you entertained and relaxed. (Jungle safari is as per availability).
- Dinner: After the safari, enjoy a hearty dinner at the Restaurant, offers a meal matching to an individuals palate.
Day 2: Morning Safari & Departure
- Morning Safari: Start your day with a hot cup of tea at the resort, an early morning jungle safari along with packed breakfast, a perfect time to sight the wild of the pristine Pench forest or Activities at the resort.
- Packed Breakfast: A packed breakfast will be served during the safari.
- Relaxation & Leisure: After returning from the safari, rest and get ready for check outs.
- Check-out & Departure: After a relaxing time, complete your check-out formalities and leave for Nagpur (260 km). Car will drop to airport/ railway station.

- 100% Advance for booking of the Pench trip and Pench package.
- Jungle safari booking will be as per Pench safari availability.
Refund Policies:
- No Refund on Safari bookings.
- 50% Refund on accommodation booking if cancelled 30 days before the trip date.
- 25% Refund on accommodation booking if cancelled 15 days before the trip date.
- Zero Refund on accommodation booking if cancelled within 15 days before the trip date.
